Skeleton are bony frame of an animal which aim movement in an organism, Skeleton are of great significant in big animals because most animals tissues are naturally soft. Animal thus, need support to move the muscles and to assume the various character, shape by which they are recognized.

Exoskeleton are external futures of an organism, and is mainly protective in function. Artroponds are characterized by the presence of an exoskeleton called the cuticle which is mainly made of a substance called chitin. many mollusc eg snail and tortoise

Endoskeleton is found inside the body of the animals, usually surrounded by soft parts. It is protective and supportive in function, in vertebrates. the endoskeleton is composed either of cartilage or bone .the muscles are attached to the skeleton by tendons. in all multicellular animals, support movement of the body are closely linked, movement of the body take place when the muscles pull on or against some kind of skeleton

Hydrostatic skeleton contained fluid, which can not be compressed
